You may be eligible for a GP management plan depending on your condition. This is organised at your GP’s discretion. You do need to bring your GP management plan on the day or sent in in before your appointment if you are wishing to access your instant rebate.
You can call up and refer yourself. If you have seen another specialist (such as an ENT) it very useful to bring any reports and paperwork you have.
Yes! Client’s who are plan-managed or self-managed can access these services.
